Our commitment
Innovation also means passing it on
The well-being of communities drives us, both in the field and in the office.
Proud of our impact, we reinvest 10% of our annual profits into meaningful social initiatives: supporting community projects, actively preserving Indigenous cultures and languages, and encouraging academic success among Indigenous youth.
More than a responsibility, it’s a conviction: building together a future where growth goes hand in hand with equity.
Investing in tomorrow’s talent
Since 2019, Ashini has offered scholarships for Indigenous engineering students, along with partnerships with First Nations communities to support school perseverance and community engagement. An annual investment of more than $10,000 to build the future together.
Supporting what matters, together
From the Puamun Meshkenu walk to the Nitassinan Games in Pessamit, and the Grand Gathering in Mashteuiatsh, we take concrete action alongside Indigenous communities to support events that carry on traditions.
Indigenous knowledge, an innovative future
At Ashini, we build bridges between academic knowledge and Indigenous know-how. Our support for research deepens both our understanding of First Peoples and our expertise in culturally adapted engineering. In the field, we engage future generations through school workshops and university lectures, helping shape professionals who are aware of territorial and cultural realities.
This dual approach — academic and practical — helps decolonize engineering, one step at a time.
